Gary R. Greenblatt was born in 1947 in Bronx, New York. He graduated cum laude in 1969 from University of Toledo with a degree in Business Administration. He received a Masters of Business Administration from the City University of New York in 1974 and he graduated magna cum laude from University of Baltimore with a Jurisprudence Degree in 1977.
He was admitted to the Maryland bar in 1978. He is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, American Bar Association, Bankruptcy Bar Association for Maryland.
Gary is licensed to practice in the State of Maryland and is authorized to practice in the federal and state courts of Maryland and the federal courts of the District of Columbia.

CONSTANCE M. HARE
Constance M. Hare was born in 1957 in Baltimore, Maryland. She graduated with honors from Dundalk Community College in 1987 with an Associates degree in Paralegal Studies, and from the University of Baltimore cum laude in 1990 with a degree in Jurisprudence. She received her law degree cum laude in 1994 from the University of Baltimore.
Connie was admitted to the Maryland bar in 1995 and to the District of Columbia bar in 1996. She is also a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, American Bar Association, Bankruptcy Bar Association for Maryland.
